Install Arial Unicode Ms Font Windows Server 2008

I would like to install Arial on to our web servers. Just need to add, this is because we generate reports server-side and make them available in a number of downloadable formats (Excel, PDF etc), hence the need to have the fonts installed on the server. I have console access to our webfarm, and from the server I've copied the.ttf files and placed them in c: fonts folder. Then I run the following VBScript on the server.
Download Game Soccer Manager Offline Messages on this page. Install Arial Unicode Ms Font Windows Server 2008. Although it is very unlikely that you will ever use Windows server 2008 to type documents.
Ok so I've figured this one out. • Copy.ttf files to c: windows fonts folder • Add registry string value = in key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows NT CurrentVersion Fonts].reg file: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows NT CurrentVersion Fonts] 'Arial (TrueType)'='arial.ttf' 'Arial Bold (TrueType)'='arialbd.ttf' 'Arial Bold Italic (TrueType)'='arialbi.ttf' 'Arial Italic (TrueType)'='ariali.ttf' 'Arial Black (TrueType)'='arialk.ttf' 3. Restart server p.s. Regedit is included with Windows Web Server 2008 R2. Ok so I've figured this one out.

We are developping with Vista and we use the Arial font family to display the string in textbox and label. The rendering of Unicode Character are ok under vista with this Font ( more generally it's always ok with different font under vista ) We made tests with Xp, and the it's seem that the arial Font can't render the unicode Character. We made some investigations and notice that with XP it's ok with the Arial Unicode Ms font family.
We don't have this font family in vista. It seems like this font comes with Ms Office in XP; Do you already notice this behaviour? What are your advices in this situation? We need to have a correct display in windows Vista, XP and even 2000 ( so we are using 2.0 framewrok ). Thanks a lot. Thaks a lot for your answer, but I must admit we are very worried by this behaviour and we don't know exactly what to do for the moment.
This glyph may be ok but it's not for super or subscripts symbol like u2082 or u2074. Moreover the application will be translate in many languages (Cyrillic, Chinese. ) by third persons so we don't know all the characters we will need.
Buy the font could be a solution, but arial is not the only font we are using in this app. If we must buy all the fonts. It seems that the support of unicode is useless for this usage if we could not display these characters. By the way how IE or Firefox can display all the characters if they don't exist in the OS?
